Sacramento Out-N-About was formed so that gay parents or parents-to-be could meet other parents who were interested in playdates and social gatherings for their children and for themselves. We encourage and welcome gay-friendly family members and friends to join and support our community too.
By joining our group, you are saying that you are comfortable being gay, and you want your children to be in a positive and open environment; you also make a decision to be ACTIVELY INVOLVED in meeting new people, participating in discussions about the group and about future events. "Lurkers/lookeeloos" in the group will be removed.

It's time to get the Meetup back on track. I apologize for my lack of involvement lately. Our family has been very very busy this fall. That said, let's get together at the park and reconnect and talk about what fun things to do next year. I've got a lot of ideas and also have some changes in mind for how to run things in the future. I'd love some feedback and some new ideas.
